Glennon Brothers is recruiting a General Manager – Operations for its Balcas Enniskillen site.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role will lead all aspects of Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and SHEQ.
We are seeking a proven operational leader with strong engineering expertise, focused on driving plant performance, maintenance excellence, and continuous improvement.
Experience in a manufacturing environment and a commitment to safety and quality standards are essential.
