Mental Health First Aid Training Returns (Post Covid)

The second and final day of intensive training concludes for our first batch of volunteers undertaking Mental Health First Aid in Enniskillen.

We are very proud that these guys have committed to develop the expertise required to recognise the symptoms of mental illness, and providing them with the confidence, skill, motivation and knowledge to offer help to their co-workers and wider community.

The course is delivered by the Public Health Agency in association with Lighthouse and will run twice again in the Autumn in order to equip as many of our staff as wish to, to be a listening ear and support to those who need it most as part of our Balcas #TalkToMe initiative, first developed in 2019.
