Ladies Day At Balcas

It had been a long wait for a return to our annual #LadiesDay at Balcas.

24 of the team got together at Enniskillen Castle to discuss the issues involved in working in a traditionally male dominated industry. The main topic was around how we as females can help dispel the myths that manufacturing is just for men!

There was plenty of food for thought as well as the delicious excuse to enjoy the continental markets afterwards.
