Employee Of The Month – Berry Maxwell
Approaching his 10th anniversary with Balcas, Berry Maxwell is our Employee of the Month for February.
This Enniskillen Maintenance Fitter is not shy when it comes to taking on educational challenges for the betterment of his team and his own professional development.
Berry has completed his NEBOSH diploma – a professional qualification recognised across industry as being tough but the best around in terms of health, safety and environment.
As well as being trained in First Aid, Berry also recently completed another demanding course in ‘Mental Health First Aid’, being there for his colleagues is clearly important to him.
Berry is called on as acting supervisor when required and is described as good-natured; his easy-going & cheerful personality and the knowledge accrued covering several CAE major upgrades makes him a valued and well-respected employee in any month!
