Employee Of The Month

Meet Mark McClelland, Electrical Engineer and our Employee of the Month for February.

It’s hard to believe but this is Mark’s 20th year with Balcas having started with us as an Electrical Apprentice. Mark has truly embraced the Balcas ethos of continual learning and has since added many strings to his bow and can be called upon in almost any situation.

Mark regularly stands in as Supervisor and most recently he undertook a new and complex operation which required exactly his tenacity and exceptional commitment to seeing the task through.

Mark is described as “Excelling in his role at all times”.
